This being a world wide internet-based service, any communication with i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club needs to be done on-line via our website form and/or secure login section, and/or our interactive features built into our e-mails. This will ensure a centrally-logged record of any response, request, comment, complaint and/or suggestion from leisure property owners or members.
Every hospitality/leisure property owner or member in a country/state/region will be linked to a dedicated contact person at i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club, who can communicate with you in your language.
i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club will be developing and introducing new technology in future to allow interaction with members via their mobile handsets, thereby giving them access to the secure login section via their mobile phones.
Our services will become available in 11 or more languages.
