How the PRC works

i.Book-PRC is a Private Residence Club

which facilitates FREE ACCOMMODATION for its MEMBERS world wide.

If you own or co-own a leisure property or an income-generating hospitality/leisure property that does not have full annual occupancy, this service is ideal for you.

Our services are only made available to:

1. hospitality/leisure property owners,
2. co-owners/fractional-title owners and
3. owners of residences on cruise-liners, yachts or house boats.

• Join as a member of the i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club and donate a number of rooms, or the whole property/unit for a number of weeks, or your allocated use-right weeks for co-owners/fractional owners, to the i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club's ACCOMMODATION POOL, and i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club will facilitate FREE ACCOMMODATION, anywhere, anytime, at other member's hospitality/leisure properties; units on cruise-liners, yachts and house boats world wide, via its realtime on-line availability search and booking engine.
• Subject to i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club booking rules and regulations.

• Thus i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club members can save approximately up to USD7500 or more per year on ACCOMMODATION COSTS when selecting to go on holidays, business trips or just to enjoy leisure time. 

Our services are offered to the following categories of hospitality/leisure property owners as members of i.Book-PRC:

1. Owner-managed leisure properties
   These include guest houses, country inns, B&B's, lodges, self-catering properties, hotels and boutique hotels.
2. Third-party-managed leisure properties
   Co-owned or fractional-title properties; self-catering properties; residences on cruise-liners, yachts and house boats; sectional title and/or single title resort properties/units are all examples of such properties.
3. Rental-pool systems managed by third-party property and/or hotel management companies
   These constitute sectional-title hotel rooms/suites; residences on cruise-liners; yachts or house boats; sectional-title apartments hotel-operated and single or sectional-title units in resorts.
4. Owners of holiday homes
   Based on the many requests from individuals owning a second home as a holiday home, we have included them as a separate category. 

• This is subject to i.Book-PRC booking rules and regulations.

• The hospitality/leisure property should also be issued a minimum 3-star tourism grading and/or AA-accreditation and/or be managed by a third-party   hospitality/property management and/or hotel management company.
