How to become a member of the i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club

You need to be an owner or co-owner of a hospitality/leisure property.

i.Book-PRC member registration process

1. To become a member of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club, you can do so directly from our website, via the web page  "Discounts - prizes to be won - monthly newsletter - member registration".
   Fill in the requested details and submit the "Multi purpose" form.
   Do so immediately, thus making sure that you can claim our discounts offered and be eligible to win our fabulous prizes.
2. Once we have received your "member registration" request,
   we will instantly send you a user name and password via e-mail.
   
   A help button will guide you through the registration process and give you easy instructions.
   The whole registration process and filling in of owner/co-owner and property details are all very easy. Tick off and/or select from pre-defined expressions. Uploading your property promotional material and all your photos is also easy and completely user-friendly.
3. Using your user name and password, log-in via our secure members log-in section on our website.
   Complete the first section of the property detailed input form and "Save" at intervals.
   When all required information is filled in, click "Save, now completed".
4. Clicking "Save, now completed" will then automatically give you access to the next section of the owner and/or co-owner and property detailed input form to enable you to complete the registration process by supplying all the details required which are applicable to your property and "save" at intervals. Click "Save, now completed" for each section when all details have been completed.
5. Once you are finished, click on "preview" and it will show you how your property will be listed. View your listing and click on the button "See detailed info" to view how your property details will be displayed for all to see.
   Click on "Back to edit" if you need to edit any of the information supplied.
6. When satisfied that you have correctly supplied all your property details, click on "I accept all details are correct and completed" and this completes the member registration process.
7. The system will now immediately calculate your PRC points, the value and status of which you can then view on-line.
   
   During the registration process, you will be required to supply your payment details and payment preferences. You need to agree to the i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club membership agreement and to the terms and conditions to use the on-line availability search and on-line booking facility.
   
   

   If during the registration process you are not satisfied with information supplied by us or with our conditions, you can cancel the registration process.
   

   During the pre-launch period, we will only process your payment when activating our on-line availability search and on-line booking services.

Single owners

• If you own more than one hospitality/leisure property, select the one that will serve you best, or you can combine multiple leisure properties in the i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club ACCOMMODATION POOL to enhance your FREE HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE world wide, especially if you want to take advantage of the potential of recovering part or all of your travel expenses such as flights, car hire and sundry. Co-owners / fractional owners

Co-owner/fractional owner: ask your third-party management company to submit your property.

• Please note that it is compulsory that all co-owners/fractional owners in a co-owned property/unit join. To enable you to submit a co-owned/fractional property/unit, please notify your co-ownership/fractional management company and ask them to contact us using the "Multi purpose" form.
• Third-party hospitality/property management company managing co-owned properties/units please fill in and submit the "Multi purpose" form on the web page "Discounts - prizes to be won - monthly newsletter - member registration" and check the last tick box "We are a management company for co-owned fractional properties" and we will contact you with further details.
