PRC membership fees

Membership fees for
single owners as i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club members:


Once-off registration fee.

• For single ownership ZAR1900 or EUR190 or GBP170 or USD275 per member.

• For co-ownership and/or fractional-title ownership,
  click here to view the reduced once-off registration fee structures .

• The once-off registration fee includes:
  marketing costs, once-off costs for detailed property information input form to create the member's detailed webpage display and structures, for translations into 11 or more languages, and an on-line on-demand availability search and an on-line booking system.
  

 

Monthly membership fees.

• For single ownership only ZAR190 or EUR19 or GBP17 or USD28 per Member.
• A 15% discount will be given to single ownership members paying their monthly membership fee annually in advance.

• For co-ownership and/or fractional ownership,
  click here to view their reduced monthly membership fee structures.
  
  
• No additional booking fees are charged for members booking at members' Leisure Properties.

• No additional booking fees are charged for NON-members as paying clients, to book at our members leisure properties, using i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club's on-line booking engine .
  
  

• Any late payment will result  in a penalty fee of  ZAR50, EUR5, GBP4,50 or USD8 per late payment.

Fees are due and payable as from

• The date of activating the services and are payable in the currency of the country in which the member is residing, as listed herein.

• Europe in EUR, UK in GBP and the rest of the world in USD.
• You will be able to pay membership fees in local currencies, details will be supplied during the registration process.

Important notice.
For your peace of mind, no payment of membership fees is due nor processed until the on-line booking system is fully functional and we can offer at least 500 properties into the i.Book-PRC accommodation pool spread over at least 3 continents.
