Membership fees for
co-owners/fractional owners
as i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club members:

Once-off registration fee

• two to six co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR900, EUR90, GBP80 or USD130 per co-owner as a member;

• seven to thirteen co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR600, EUR60, GBP55 or USD85 per co-owner as a member;

• fourteen to twenty-six co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR500, EUR50, GBP45 or USD75 per co-owner as a member;

• more than 26 co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR400, EUR40, GBP35 or USD65 per co-owner as a member.

• The once-off registration fee covers:                

the marketing costs; once-off costs for the detailed property information input form to create the member's detailed webpage display and structures; translations into 11 or more languages, and an on-line on-demand availability search and an on-line booking system.

Monthly membership fees:

• two to six co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR90, EUR9, GBP8 or USD13 per co-owner as a member;

• seven to thirteen co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR70, EUR7, GBP6 or USD10 per co-owner as a member;

• fourteen to twenty-six co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR60, EUR6, GBP5 or USD9 per co-owner as a member;

• more than twenty-six co-owners/fractional owners: ZAR50, EUR5, GBP4,50 or USD8 per co-owner as a member.

• The reduced monthly membership fees for co-owners and/or fractional owners necessitates that monthly membership fees are payable in advance annually.

• No additional booking fees are charged for members booking at members' leisure properties.

• No additional booking fees are charged for non-members as paying clients booking at our members leisure properties, using i.Book-PRC Private Residence's on-line booking engine.

• Any late payment results in a penalty of: ZAR50, EUR5, GBP4,50 or USD8 per late payment.

 

Fees are due and payable on:

• The date of activating the services and are payable in the currency of the country in which the member is residing, as listed herein.

• Europe in EUR, UK in GBP and the rest of the world in US.
• You will be able to pay membership fees in local currencies, details will be supplied during the registration process.

Important notice.
For your peace of mind, no payment of membership fees is due nor processed until the on-line booking system is fully functional and we can offer at least 500 properties into the i.Book-PRC accommodation pool spread over at least 3 continents.
