Rental-pool systems managed by
third-party property and/or hotel management companies

Sectional title hotel room/suite - residences on cruise-liners, yachts and house boats - sectional title apartment/hotel-operated - single or sectional title units in resorts

1. Every hospitality/leisure property owner can donate a number of rooms, or the whole unit, for a number of weeks per calendar year (usually 3 to 6 weeks or more, depending on the owner's holiday pattern and/or holiday needs). Deposit these into i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club's accommodation pool, to make the selected number of rooms, or the whole unit, for the selected number of weeks at his/her leisure property, available to other members at i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club during a calendar year.
2. Allow bookings for weekends, mid-week, full week and even to book extended periods, with the potential to day by day bookings.
3. All bookings by members are done using PRC points, calculated by i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club and issued to the members, to be used as currency to pay when booking accommodation on-line at other members' leisure properties, subject to i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club's booking rules and regulations.
4. PRC points are calculated considering but not limited to:
   the size of the property; the unit on the cruise-liner, yacht or house boat, which you own or co-own. It takes into further account the present tourism star-grading and/or the AA-accreditation of the unit; the daily rates for the room or suite or unit; the allocated and/or donated number of weeks  use-right time per calendar year; seasonal availability; the number of bedrooms; the number of bathrooms; other rooms in the unit; covered and uncovered patios and/or balconies and their size and various additional features of the unit: such as audio/TV entertainment centres; jacuzzi; air-conditioning, swimming pool, golf cart, its location and its demand from other members and the amenities within the property/project/resort, cruise-liner, yacht or house boat.
5. All bookings via i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club's  website are done on-line on a first come, first served basis, subject to i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club booking rules and regulations. Peak season bookings consume more PRC points than off-season; weekend bookings consume more PRC points than mid-week bookings.
6. All this can be attained for a once-off cost; which includes a standard web page translated into 11 or more languages and an on-line booking system.
7. For a further monthly membership fee your status will be maintained.

Exceptions and/or conditions for this category

Availability and/or restrictions in this category regarding your allocated use-right time of your property/unit.

• Any leisure property owner in this category should check if his/her third-party hospitality property management company and/or hotel management company has put any restrictions on the use-right time regarding booking of their property/unit.
  

Participation of a fractional or co-owned property/unit in the rental-pool scheme .

• It is essential for ALL co-owners/fractional owners to join as members of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club, thus your use-right timetable is not applicable any longer and now you can book anywhere, anytime. 

• If not all co-owners or fractional owners want to join as members of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club, only the allocated use-right timetable of the co-owners or fractional owners who join as members of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club, would be made available to all other members of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club for booking at the co-owned or fractional properties.

• This would defeat the object of our services to make the allocated/donated weeks available throughout a calendar year.
  
• It is therefore compulsory that all co-owners/fractional owners in a property/unit join as members of i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club simultaneously, as then they will have no restrictions regarding booking anywhere anytime. These are subject to i.Book-PRC Private Residence Club booking rules and regulations.
